About the experience

What can I expect from the event? A unique leisure experience, considered a "next-generation escape room". There is no single mission or set route: you take on 32 different cells with physical, technical and tactical challenges. You play as a team of 2 to 5 people, and you are free to choose which challenges to attempt and in what order to score as many points as possible.
Where does the experience take place? At Spark Island Madrid Norte, Calle Lanzarote 2, San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid).
Is the experience indoors or outdoors? This experience takes place indoors.
How long does the experience last? You can choose 1 hour, 1 hour 30 minutes or 2 hours of play. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your booked time for check-in and the initial briefing.
Will food and drinks be available on site? Yes. The venue has a bar area with drinks and food options.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee additional dates. Check the experience page for up-to-date availability, as those are the confirmed dates and times.
Is there Virtual Reality? Not in this specific experience. The venue offers virtual reality as a separate activity called Spark VR, which needs its own booking. You can buy a pack that includes both activities.
Is there a dress code? Each participant is responsible for wearing appropriate clothing. In particular: i. Long hair tied back and no jewellery or items that could cause injury. ii. Spark Island is not responsible for damage or loss of clothing or personal items during activities.

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store

Can I buy tickets at the door? We have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out when you arrive, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your place. You can buy tickets on the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket within the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us and include your order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to sign in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you do not have the app installed, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to sign in with the same account you used to buy the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours before your booking. To make a change, contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase.

You can also check whether this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps to modify your ticket.
Can I make a group booking? Yes, it is a great activity for groups. The game is designed for teams of 2 to 5 people, with 4 players the recommended size. The venue can host up to 140 people playing at the same time, so it works well for large groups, celebrations and company events. To book, visit the groups page.

About event accessibility

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Participants must arrive 10 minutes before their booking to prepare their belongings and receive safety instructions. Late arrivals are not entitled to a refund or time extension.
Is the venue accessible? Unfortunately, this experience could not be held in an accessible venue. We are doing everything we can to make all our experiences inclusive, and we recommend looking at other experiences in your city.
Is the experience accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments? Unfortunately, this experience cannot be adapted for deaf people or people with visual impairments. We are working to make all our experiences as inclusive as possible and recommend exploring other experiences available in your city.
Will there be strobe lights? This event will not include strobe lighting.
Will toilets be available on site? The venue has toilets. Please ask our on-site staff to show you where they are.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Photography is not permitted during this experience, including with mobile phones.
Where can I enquire about lost property? We recommend asking venue staff if your belongings have been found. If you cannot check on site, contact us.
Is there a cloakroom? Lockers are available at the venue. They fit jackets, small bags, keys and similar items. They are not meant for large backpacks. Please use one locker per team.
Is there an age requirement? Yes. The recommended minimum age is 8. Under-12s must be accompanied by a responsible adult in their team at all times. From age 12 they can play on their own.
